LEAP stands for Leadership and Accelerated Performance and LEAP company primarily offers organizational consulting. In addition to consulting LEAP company offers executive coaching and training in influencing skills.

Mark embodies LEAP company and works as an independent consultant in a close-knit network of strategic partners.
